There's no requirement for any kind of text, although it'd probably be nice to have "The Doctor/Rose Newsletter" or "The SPDN: the Doctor/Rose Newsletter" or "The Doctor/Rose Shippers' Newsletter" or something of that nature. :)

Edit: Just to give you an idea of what's been used before, the current one has "The SPDN Newsletter for Doctor/Rose shippers." and the one we're using over at the prairie_team has "The SPDN. The Doctor/Rose Shippers' Newsletter."
